If money was deducted but your order was not confirmed (failed transaction), the amount is automatically reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days.

We will coordinate with the gateway to resolve the issue.

Yes, COD is available for physical products within India. A small handling fee of ₹30 is added for COD orders.

COD is not available for digital products (e-books, courses, digital downloads) or Live Academy.

After successful payment:

• E-Books: Access immediately via our online reader or download PDF/EPUB from My Library.
• Video Courses: Instant portal access. Login and go to My Library → Courses.
• Digital Products: Download links appear on the order confirmation page and in your account dashboard.

• Video Courses: Lifetime access (unless otherwise specified).
• Digital Downloads: Permanent download links.
• Live Academy: Access to recorded sessions after the batch ends (if included).

Live Academy is instructor-led batch training:

1. Browse available Live Academy programs.
2. Select your preferred batch (date/time).
3. Complete checkout.
4. You will receive confirmation + meeting links via email.
5. Attend live sessions on scheduled dates.

Batches have limited seats — enroll early to secure your spot.

Yes, you can cancel:

• Up to 48 hours before batch start: Full refund.
• After batch has started: No refund.

If you miss a live session:

• Recordings are usually provided (where applicable) within 24 hours.
• You can reach out to the instructor during office hours for doubt clarification.
• Missed sessions do not qualify for refunds.

Our refund policy varies by product type:

• Digital Products: Refundable only if technical failure prevents access (within 7 days).
• Physical Products: Refundable within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.
• Live Academy: Refundable up to 48 hours before batch start.
